Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a no return/refund policy. Also, we are not responsible for any products that melt during transit. If there are any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us. 

Lovestruck Soaps is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that our whipped body creams, and foaming scrubs are delicate. If exposed to warm temperatures for a long period of time they stand a chance of melting. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery.

Cancellations: 

Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of your purchase. After the 24 hour time frame has passed, we are no longer able to cancel your order or issue you a refund.
