SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

PROCESSING TIME:

While we work diligently to prepare your handmade goodies, please allow us 5-7 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped, even when selecting expedited shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Our processing times are based off the current number of orders we have in our queue. Also, please note that most of our products are made to order to ensure their freshness.

SHIPPING: 

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. Average USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic packages. This number could increase due to postal service delays. Once your package has been shipped Lovestruck Soaps LLC is no longer responsible for it. It is now the USPS's responsibility to get your package delivered to you. If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. It is very common for the package to show up the next day. If you have any issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS directly. They will be able to further assist you.
